Last night was a disaster. Called Demelza and talked till 3am. It was great. How come whenever others have problems we can help them but we cannot help ourselves?

I've been thinking a lot lately
I feel that I ought to do something about it.
Have been bugging me all these while.
But I don’t know where to start,
And I don’t know how to say it.
So there. Things are left unsaid.
